Make sure the App already has the Android camera permission.
Open this page inside the App WebView (the same place where document scanning is blurry).
Point the rear camera at an ID card / printed text from ~20 cm and keep it still.
Press Run diagnostics and allow camera access. Every camera opens one by one for ~2 seconds.
Press Copy report and send us the text. A screenshot of the camera previews also helps.
If possible, run it once more in the standalone browser on the same device for comparison.
Native team: please capture adb logcat during the run. Every step in the report has a
startedAt timestamp, so we can match it to the native camera ID (0, 4, …) that was actually opened.
